Headbob removal isn't so simple when that's the method used. It's going to take a lot of work to fix it so that Henry's head doesn't clip into camera view while at the same time doesn't completely ignore Henry's position while at the same time not making Henry's head completely invisible while also reparenting the camera to a different reference in the entity. The camera would have to be programmatically reactive to several things to avoid problems.
Headbob is unrealistic because the brain works with the inner ear to stabilize what we perceive. A stationary monitor doesn't offer that physical interaction.
As for 3rd person, changing the camera's parent isn't a simple thing. Offsetting the camera from its reference is much, much easier, but when Henry takes a tumble, the camera's going to go all over the place.
And we are supposed to expereince everything from Henrys eyes anyway
