Story-wise Theresa doesn't make any sense. Henry is on his mission far away and she lives her life at the mill. She doesn't travel with them in the end in KCD1.
It wouldn't make any sense (for me) that she is following him somehow alone.
Also the romance is optional.

Some conclusion though would be nice though. Maybe she opens a business in Kutna Hora?

Actually the link is set to the moment she is mentioned. Sexybiscuit stated that player can choose what Henry's relationship to Theresa is at the beginning of the game.

Oh OK. Well still I can't see it being too much since Henry ends up moving further away from the old Rattay area. The new map is freaking huge, which the devs did indicate in their own words "2X bigger then KCD1"

Overall we will definitely see some other good romantic chances. Like the one with the red-head seen in the screenshot and videos.

Anyways yes I suppose not a good idea to leak too much in here. What does surface, it would be best to go use caution in checking all that out for yourself elsewhere.

But yes believe it or not a playable version has leaked out. However you can tell it's not polished just yet from what I understand and also from what I saw that was not dev guide overview videos.

Umm no it’s not many years later. It’s literally right after the first game, probably hours after actually. At the end of kcd 1 they were heading out and we pick up from that point in kcd2.

I could be wrong, as you suggest, but if she's in the game then it can't be very much. Why would she be in this game anyways, it doesn't make sense to still have her around.

Why would they reveal every single detail in the game during gameplay demos/presentation to the public, long before the game actually releases? The actual insider who played and got more deets on the game is more credible than you. And how wouldn't it make sense to have her in this game? Kutna Hora is just less than 8 hours away from Rattay by foot, which can easily be scaled down into a playable map distance.

I love reading old comments from people who think they know what’s really going on. Lol She is not in kcd2 anywhere at any point. Although Henry can still keep his relationship with her by choosing the option at the start when he’s talking to his companions during the prologue. Which allows further dialogue options so although she’s not in the game physically. The option to still have her as a “relationship” and to have her mentioned throughout the game is there. Although i really don’t see the point in that. I chose to have her in a relationship and now I feel like I can’t cheat on her lol I’m just wondering if anything actually happens if I choose to romance another woman while I chose that option at the beginning.

You can mention her to the woman (Bonnie) at Miller Kreyzl's place as well. Probably more places. I guess I'll have to forget Theresa....
