KC2 will probably have Denuvo then in which case i'm not touching it. I own 2 copies of Kingdom Come: Deliverance but i refuse to support something that mess with my performance in games.
what
Whats worrying is that in the meantime Deep Silver was acquired by THQ which got acquired or formed Embracer Group which went on shopping spree and acquired alot of subsidiaries and then went bankrupt and now reformed into a different group to avoid liability and now they are 5 smaller groups and they have to pick up Embracer Groups debt which is 2 billion dollares I think. Someone has to pay that debt so it is indeed worrying.

PS - keep in mind I might have confused some facts but thats more or less what the situation is right now. I think ;pppp
Also that doesn't happen as often anymore because Epic learned the hard way that wasn't a good business model. Every game that went epic exclusive happened because Epic paid money and promised a better split of sales than Steam does so they had to count on a much higher volume of sales which didn't go well with lots of players boycotting any game going epic exclusive.
tl;dr Game won't be exclusive, epic too broke to afford
I don't see a problem with that. After a couple of months you will get a steam release with all the patches, bug fixes and probably a discount for the complete edition.
Deep Silver is on my blacklist ever since the first exclusivity incident with Metro Exodus... and I told myself never to purchase a game from them again.
They did it with a bunch of other games as well, like Dead Island 2... and when they hit Steam a year later, they charge full price as if it was a brand new game and even still force you to install Epic... which I find is an absolute despicable practice.
Welp, I guess I have to forgo this one... What a shame.
KCD2 is coming to Steam day 1 and will come to GOG as well.
Deep Silver also published first KCD (console versions).
Deep Silver is completely hands-off when it comes to Warhorse. Warhorse have full creative control.
