Hi everyone and welcome another update on our game state.

As everyone says they have been hard at work, we have too. Another big leap forward in our matchmaking systems and overall stability of the game, magnifique as others would put it.

Now as we have put forward the customary greetings we can get down to some interesting topics. The race in F1 Jeddah yesterday, quite the spectacle that one, has given another boost in the any story is a believable story thesis. Now whatever we say in our short story (-ies hopefully) should be met with that is about to be expected from a pinnacle motorsport.

If the smack with a tuna shaped hint didn’t give it away, we are working on a shorty story to tie the first race in our game into the story world behind it. A prelude to which pair of racing boots you are stepping into and why they are they stuck 3 squares behind the leader, or why in fact you are the leader.

There is a lot of work to be done on the story in both the writing and editing part, but work will continue nonstop (except for weekends off, national holidays and all things to make workloads humane of course) to get the story into your hands and crank the hype-engines for the upcoming game.

This isn’t the only thing we want to do; we have a few more interesting things up our race-suit sleeve that are still too young for the spotlight. Be ready, be excited and if you haven’t get wishlisting (Both our game and other cool indie titles!)

Weeks are full of merry laughter is what we all wish developing a game was. There hasn’t been any major issues or any real issues at hand, but its always disheartening to see having to scrap some of your already made work. Even if it is inevitable.

This time we had to scrap the in game UI as it didn’t fulfill its whole purpose. The idea was to have a combination of a steering while and old handheld console as the UI in game; A month or two removed from its inception it is now gone, awaiting its follow up.

On a positive note we have had marked improvements on some online functionalities. Quite a few lines have been revamped to improve the experience. Now we can finally move on to adding more functions. In addition to the UI upgrade we upgrade our corner system, especially the effects of reaching a corner. There is hope we can show some preliminary footage of our upgrades in the coming week.
