Ore Locations
Hey,

I created a map with most of the ore locations that I've found. I have also used anrkyuk's findings on this too.

If you find anything else that I haven't marked on the map, then please drop a message.

I'm working on a guide with a zoomed in grid by grid location of all ore nodes, ammo containers, military crates, backpacks, auto shops, gun shops, lootable police suv's etc, etc, etc. It also as info on POI's found in each grid such as rare vehicles, hostile camps, military camps, toxic zones etc, etc.

Should be posted in 2 or 3 days.

Taking a quick look at your map you are missing a couple of Zinc @ D5, also you haven't got any stone nodes marked.

Hey,

Yes I didn't include stones on the map as I didn't see the point of mining stone. You mine stone to get 3 stones in return is pretty pointless especially if your base is far from the mining sites.

I will check out grid D5 for the Zinc later and add it later on if I do find it. I think the best way to harvest these ore is the spawning method because you could pretty much set up a home spawn point and spawn in two different locations to mine the ores that you really need.

To help you find them, on my map the Zinc nodes are blue triangles. I'm glad you posted this as I hope it will answer a question I have had for some time. Are the ore node locations fixed and is the ore they provide also fixed. Before I post my guide I'll be sure to cross reference your map with mine the answer this.

*triangles on buttom are only my map legend. white = salpeter, red = iron, yellow = cole, green = copper, blue = zinc.

Ok, took me a little longer than expected and I still need to add two POI's and four possible APC locations to the guide, but it's finally published...
