The concept is brilliant! One whish:
My living room has a weird L - shape. So I was able to play whith 2x3 squares. Would it be possible to draw manual the other squares to comple my "L" ?

Not only that but if there was a way to have "special" tiles indicated as "cannot walk into, but this is still part of the playspace" to indicate areas where it is "safer" for out of bound vistas & shooting gallery segments.

Not at the moment. I had a rough idea of how this would work but I would have first to tacle some of the technical issues, like setting up the play area properly. SteamVR and OculusAPI allow to read boundary as points and this make it possible to come up with a set of overlapping rectangles to fit but OpenXR without platform specific extensions (and I think that only Pico had that until they went fully compatible with OpenXR) has none. And the other APIs are being said to deprecate.

Also the levels are generated mostly with rectangular space in mind but that can be solved with switching between overlapping rectangles. This only requires time to implement.
