Mouse cursor is too hard to see

I know I'm in the minority as a mouse+keyb player, but it's really hard to see where I'm aiming with my mouse cursor sometimes. I know I can use lock-on, especially during boss fights, but I like the challenge of having to manually aim. Lock-on also isn't ideal in crowded rooms either. The cursor needs to be much more visually clear.

I know it's not an in-game feature as you ask OP, but I have used this nice little program in games, where I wanted to change the cursor, great for MOBA, MMO, RPG, ActionRPG, and any mouse based games:

Please, this would be awesome. I pay at 4k and have this issue in Ravenswatch too... just so much going on, impossible to see tiny white mouse icon
