Terrible Black Hole Blessings
I usually like taking Black Hole Blessings, but I had one run absolutely destroyed when I chose to take the random unavoidable blessing and got a drawback of "you can only use one virtue a turn". Wrecked my build; lost all three hearts on the next battle.

Another one that looks good is +2 purification to enemies, +1 corruption to you, but sadly that is super risky against multiple enemies or Astrea's meteor storm.

Are there any you'd never take?

Diadem of Madness (+2 purification to enemies +1 corruption to you that you mentioned),
Obsidian Shackles (+1 purification to enemies, -1 purification to you and sentinels), &
Perpetual Clock (Don't discard dice at turn end, receive corruption per dice kept),

Are the ones I'm usually unlikely to take, especially compared to other potential ones offered in a pick; I'm looking for +dice draw until I get at least 7 dice hands, unless I get a really good +purification blessing (hello Miasma Cloak on Austra) or some other strong bonus, and if the offered +dice draws are bad or underwhelming for the build.

I actually won a run where that blessing of only being able to use 1 Virtue per turn was really good since I was Haevelias and I only really cared about his Lightshield blessing and took other blessings that just compounded on my Virtues that I wasn't using anyway.

I don't like taking the one that gives +1 draw in exchange for 1 enemy getting thorns. There are characters I take it on sometimes, but more often than not I find thorns to be one of the least fun to play around mechanics in the game so I avoid that. On Austra it's a 100% no go unless I'm already in a meteor heavy sun eye build.

Oh yeah, it's basically an automatic grab on that character because of his mandatory virtue at 1 corruption that stops being mandatory.
