Workshop Error 25 (SOLVED)

Im attempting to upload an addon I made to the workshop, but it keeps giving me an error 25 in the console and deletes it, what is the issue?

There have occasionally been some permissions errors that I have seen cause errors when uploading. Try running Synergy/Steam as administrator and see if it fixes it.

If it doesn't, validate the game cache for Synergy.
If that still doesn't work, make sure that there are no zip or txt files in the addon, and try either item-replacement or addon as the type.

There are a couple other things to try, but see if any of those work first.

Unfortunetly none of those work, but I've found what the error code is(limitexceeded), and I'll see if I can resolve it.

Okay so, I've found that lowering the file size of the thumbnail below 1 mb fixed the issue, thank you for the help though.
