I am not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it's just horrific
This seems to be a common thing these days with a lot of Source Engine games modifying their binaries. Black Mesa for example has had this issue on the last 4 updates, having to contact various antivirus companies telling them it is a false flag.

I don't recommend playing the game anymore unless you want your pc to be harmed in bad ways.
With things like this I prefer to hear a comment direct from developers rather than blindly trusting and adding an exception.
