Can it run on linux?

I can't seem to create a server. After I choose a map and create the server, I get stuck in the loading bar. using GE-Proton9-10 on linux mint

Yeah, you should be running it natively. Otherwise you need to set up a bunch of symbolic links for Synergy to pick up all the paths correctly. Also, running it through Proton has a massive reduction in Async operations on Source SDK Base 2013 games, basically running them single thread locking/unlocking every action which happens a lot when you start a server.
