Synergy automatically loads content for 'Supported' and properly installed mods.

Since some mods may have maps that use the same names Synergy uses a 'tag' system to identify what map belongs to what mod. You can see a list of supported mods by opening the ...\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\content\ folder, there is a .dat file for each one supported. Open the .dat file in an editor to see the mods assigned 'tag'.

You can manually load a supported mods maps using the console like so...

map {tag} {mapname}
-or-
map lost d2_lostcoast ( to load the d2_loastcoast map from the Lost Coast mod. )

If it's a supported mod but you can't load the maps for it the .dat file may be corrupt or the mod may not be properly installed. In this case verify the mods install and also verify the game cache for Synergy as well as for Half Life 2, EP1 and EP2 if you have them.

Synergy relies on content from HL2 and some EP2 maps used resources from EP1 so when you verify the cache for Synergy is a good idea to also verify HL2, EP1 and EP2 files.

If you want to know how to make a .dat for the mod, you can find out in this guide:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1195636111
I will make one for you for this mod here:
"Entropy: Zero" { "tag" "ezero" "web" "http://store.steampowered.com/app/714070/" "id" "714070" "root" "Entropy Zero" "path" "Entropy Zero/EntropyZero" "sup" "1" "deps" "ep1 ep2" "maps" { az_c1_1 "" az_c1_2 "" az_c1_3 "" az_c2_1 "" az_c2_2 "" az_c2_3 "" az_c3_1 "" az_c3_2 "" az_c3_3 "" az_c4_1 "" az_c4_2 "" az_c4_3 "" az_c4_4 "" } "maps_background" { az_bg_default "" az_bg_night "" } }
But you would still need to make the EDT's for it, it *may* be possible to play it in single player without them, but if there are any custom weapons/npcs you would have to do some work-arounds in EDT.

Edit: If you are wondering what the "" is for, you would put the name of the chapter or what the map is in those quotes.
