How can i get up the console?

I have tried many keys. But simply none of them have worked.

Go into your settings, then click advanced, then check "Enable developer console" then apply and then it should be the ` key (underneath esc)

Right click on synergy on steam games list -> Properties -> Set launch options -> Input "-console" Console should appear now as you launch the game.

Enabling the developer console and pulling it up with a key press does not work for me at least with a swedish keyboard layout (probably other configuration as well).

You can bind whatever key you want to the 'toggleconsole' command by editing (adding) the command to the config.cfg file located in:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\cfg\
When you enable the console in the settings it simply adds the key bind to the config file:
bind "`" "toggleconsole"

Note: if you manually edit the config.cfg you may need to change it's flags to 'read only' so Synergy doesn't overwrite it and remove your edit.
