Remove items from my steam inventory

I just saw a demo for this popup on the store page but it doesn't look live yet. Is it likely to be live before the sale ends? Thanks!

1. Please let me set exactly where i can put my equipment on my holster to match real world. 2. Please make it so you need to apply the grip button on support hand to 2 hand pistol. I use index controllers and instinctively apply grip pressure to 2 hand but it just swaps the gun over. Quite frustrating! 3. Not a fan of teleport and havnt gotten far enough into the game to know if theres movement in any stages but if there is then teleport is a no go. Completely fine to move about the house though. 4.
