Can not start the demo

Every time I try to start the demo I get the following error message:

Windows 10

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.71 GHz
Installed RAM 8,00 GB (7,88 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I figured it was just my laptop being old, i also have the issue.
