What the hell is THAT?

I'm in the old sanctuary and and am making my final rounds about the world to grab anything I might have missed, and I randomly run into a really weird enemy. Me being stupid, I killed it without thinking to take a screenshot first, and now I can't get it to spawn again. But luckily I found a video showing the same enemy in the same room.

EDIT: Here's another one! Killing this second enemy gave me the Dora companion, but the first one didn't seem to drop anything when I killed it.What is this?!

I found that too, I thought it's Momo and I would get a Momo companion but it gives nothing :(
