Ok, So i'm taking a breather now that i've played the game through and through.

Here's my take.
Having unlocked the related achievements, i know for sure that, in the game, there are:

-24 dotted berries
- 7 Lun berries
- 5 peaches
-25 Heavenly Lilies
-30 Lunar Crystal repositories
-36 sigils
-12 illusory companions
-36 notes

Out of all of those, the illusory companions are the some of the last content that you will collect since Lineth will give you her own companion after the final bossfight .
The map will also be late to fill up since the dev room will unlock after the credits roll


Now, the one achievement i haven't unlocked is the Collector achievement, for getting all the relics. I've seen a few people being uncertain of how many there are, and all i can add is that, if "relic" refers to the items in the inventory tab, then there are AT LEAST 17 (because that's the amount i have). I'm probably missing only 1 relic, and i'm saying that because i speculate that the last relic is tied to beating every challenge in the boss arena-like feature that you unlock after the credits roll.
I might be completely wrong, thou.
It's also now confirmed that you'll end up with 19 relics in the bag (3 of which will be grimoires for the Bookworm achievement), the last 2 of which can be collected by competing in the boss arena which becomes available post-credits; you'll get one by beating half of the bosses in the regular version, and the other by beating all the bosses in regular and at least 2 bosses in the nightmare version and adding the 19 relics to all the other numbers up above WILL get you the Completionist achievement for reaching 111%




That's it. I just wanted to share some data. I might be a little too late, because i took my sweet time with this game,as i enjoy the series as a whole.

So, in trying to be more helpful within the discussions (because i've heard many people missing stuff even thou they had no more question marks on their map), i've ran into a video from a game mapper, Demajen, whose passion is recreating metroidvania maps, including the one for this game.

There you'll find free low-res maps as well as hi-res maps which will be "PWYW(pay what you want) with a minimum price point". one of the relic is LOST when acquiring the other. it's the stone from Yuiha in the village right before the final dungeon. You give out the Lunite in exchange for the Melodite. No known way (yet) to take it back.
I have 18 relic and no achievement or title for having all of the relic.
24,7,5,25,30,36,12,36 as well.

Doing about half of the bosses in boss rush mode gives you a relic and i think completing all of them gives another? I could be wrong but I know for sure that the last relic is there and you can only get there in post game

Actually i just found this out because of another player! You complete half to get one relic and then all of the regular and 2 nightmare to get another!

From what I have learned, there are 20 total, but you have 19 by the end of the game because one is taken away

I beat all normal bosses in the boss rush/Oliveria mode.
and a single one on nightmare, Mendacity (it's the easiest of all, IMO), and got the second relic from her.
the first one is when you get about half of the normal bosses. 10 or 11. Somehow I got mine at 9 because I was unsatisfied with the time of one of them and killed it twice. Not sure if relevant or just a glitch... or the order has something to do with it.

Edit: also not sure which one you are saying has been removed. they're all there for me. including the intro boss and the multiple final boss forms.
edit2: nvm Just realised you're talking about the relics, not the bosses.

I went back into the game and tried the boss arena, and i can confirm that is the way to get the final 2 relics for the achievement (for the count of 19 relics) and the 111% achievement (if you've done everything else in the game).
You'll get one after beating half of the bosses in the regular version, and the other after beating all the bosses in the regular version and 2 bosses in the nightmare version.
I'll update the thread in a bit.

somehow this game left a bitter taste behind..there are no "? marks" left on the whole map, i checked twice for unexplored areas and i still miss one sigil.

I should have kept progress on the sigils, i could have helped you. Do the hidden cavetraps have a ? mark as well,or you just need to keep a good eye out for them? Because a lot of the sigils are hidden in those as well. Also, just to be safe, it's good to check back on key characters around the map every now and then.

Drop down (jump+down) into hidden room in the last area (long hallway) to the left with all of the spikes. You should see an opening into the room on the map in the floor.

When you beat the game the first time (either on easy or normal ) you'll unlock both extreme mode and arranged mode.
There's also a sigil in the game that sets your hp to 1 when equipped iirc
