Cannot figure out the last 1%

Ok, so I have the achievements for collecting everything but I'm still on 110%
I feel like I have done everything even all the extra fights (because relics) and the dev room
I have been to every map square, pet every cat, collected sigil/stat fruit/fairy/relic/note/crystal bloom and I'm out of ideas.
Anyone know what I could be missing?

Check the titles on the menu! You have to max out the relationship with Cereza I believe? I could be wrong but thats what Im using

so weirdly, this is what did it for me, maybe itll do the same for you? I was in the meikan village area, and fell into the water where to two boats and fishing area is. Right in between them. For some reason that set off 111% for me

so... drowning is the final answer. That's kinda... deep?

edit, did you talk to the fairy ? Did you go tell everyone, including NPC outside your village, about how you're the hero? did you talk to the priestess at the end of the lake in the village? did you trade the stone with yuiha in Meikan village? did you give the pendant to the mouse in the fairy village? did you read every inscription? did you do the pseudo konami code (Sigil so I think you did). Did you fish at least 5 time in all 3 fishing spot? did you get everything in the old sanctuary or final dungeon? Have you gotten the goddess's pet? Do you have the badly drawn Dora pet? Nun? Cactus? Did you unlock all 5 sigil slot? Did you talk to Dora on the bridge in the village? The mother? Did you grow every plants? did you eat all 3 useless fruits?

Other than that... I have no idea. maybe go kill a spider?

I'm pretty sure I've done all this outside of trading the stone? If its the ore she wanted then yeah I did that, I'll go talk to every NPC again as I might have missed one or the useless fruit as I know I ate at least 1 but I wasn't paying attention most of the time when it was doing the animation.
Again I have the titles for collecting everything and going on every map square so that's where I'm getting confused.

I'm at 110% too. But I have one last "?" in the final area before the final boss, which I suspect is the final companion because I haven't gotten that achievement yet. The path to it seems to be blocked by a combination of 3 specific looking tiles? Not sure how to get past them. They look like mushroom/flower, skull and stars.

equip 3 sigils from cereza, cant remember the names but its the flower one that ignores debuffs, the 3 swords one that has a chance to spawn swords above enemies and the skull one which i also don't remember what it does
