Missing Something?
I have 110% rn. 24 spotted fruit, 7 magic fruit, 5 peaches, 25 lilies, 30 fairies, every sigil, 19 relics (plus the Melodite), and 12 companions. I have not gotten the "all relics" achievement, and there are still a few hidden titles.

What on earth am I missing?

There are only 5 things the game checks as "relics". Make sure you have the two "Tear" items you get from Olveria in the bonus area.

I made sure to get those, I even beat every other nightmare boss in case there was a secret third one. What are those five relics?

Two from the area where you can talk to Olveria.
One from the sidequest related to Melilot (the archeologist girl with a knight guard).
One from the sidequest related to Yuhia (the chief of Meikan).
One from the sidequest related to Mertil (the mouse from Fairy Springs).

If you have those five items, you will get the achievement.

The items are: Tear of Illusion, Tear of Fate, Melodite, Fairy Icon, Sangrial

Shoot, I don't think I talked to the archeologists enough times. Are they still around after you beat the game or are they completely gone?

There's nothing you can permanently miss in this game that would affect your completion %. You just need to visit the locations she's at and exhaust her dialogue
Where are the archaeologists after you've beaten the game? Sangrial is definitely what I'm missing. BESIDES that danged parkour lily I try to reach until my hands ache, to no avail.

I also have 30 fairies according to my stats (my stats are exactly the same as the poster's), but I don't have the achievement, and I also don't have the sigil you get for that 30th fairy. Any ideas, anyone?

You only get the fairy achievement after you talk to the fairy NPC in the Fairy Village. She is the one who gives you the sigil as well.

The archeologist's positions after you beat the game (and assuming you progressed her quest in the previous locations) is in Momo's home village, on the west side.
I guess that's just it. I must have missed something with the archaeologists, as they are not in Koho Village! :) I guess I need to be patient and keep combing the map for them.

While I have you here, THANK YOU for the beautiful game. The characters, the world, the music... it's been a very pleasant diversion, just when I needed one. Even if I never get that lily. XD

The locations IIRC are: along the bottom of Springleaf Path, then at the top of the Fairy Springs (I believe there's a bell and a lily in the same room), then on the left side of Lun Tree Roots as you enter Demon Frontier, then in Meikan Village along the path that you'd take to get the wooden box, then in Koho Village.

I might have the order wrong, so just check all those spots. The only one that's out of the way is the one in Fairy Springs; the rest are along the critical path.

Thank you! I actually picked the game up again yesterday and completed that quest in pretty short order. But I'm sure others who are looking will appreciate this guide.

The heavenly lily out in the middle of the high room, on the other hand, I guess I'll have to give up on. 110% it is. Have seen people talking elsewhere about how the lunar attunement double-jump helps, but I can see absolutely no way it can. It feels less controllable, and it does not go high enough to make a difference.

That one's basically a Celeste jumping puzzle. You get on the platform to the right, activate attunement, jump off the left, fall a little until you're past the obstacle, then double jump back up. It seems much more difficult than it is, but actually performing the sequence is fairly easy once you get the feel for it.
