Hope is coming to GOG too, but haven't seen any confirmation.

We will announce on our website and official social media (Our X : https://twitter.com/playismEN ) if we have news for you.
I make sure to share your opinion with my team.
Thanks for letting us know.

Thank you for the news, I have written to them as well, but so far I haven't heard back. However, the more people write to them the more likely they are to do something, so let's not give up!

Its just odd since the 2 previous projects released on GOG.

In general, most publishers are averse to releasing their games on GOG as GOG releases are very easy to pirate due to the whole no DRM thing. It's as simple as one person buying the game and sharing the installer with all of their friends. Small indie titles like this are already struggling due to the saturated market, and a GOG release could sink the whole thing.

Having said that, they might put the game on GOG once the major sales are over, so around 6-12 months later.

More likely than that, since Steam is the go to store, often it's not feasible or profitable for studios to port to GOG and provide continuous support on multiple platforms.

Thank you!

Let's hope we get the game on GOG, or at least another DRM-Free store.

The game doesn't have DRM so someone can do that already.

+1 for a GOG release

TBH, it doesn't look like playism supports DRM free content as a company anymore. It's basically a different company from what it was b4, and even shut down its store that offered DRM free content.

And this isn't the first thread to ask about a GOG release, basically this exact thread has been posted several times by other users, and has disappeared with time for whatever reason. In fact a lot of threads have been erased from this discussion section, and none of those threads really had anything wrong with them, nothing really critical.

In any case, I feel kind of alienated as a customer, since I bought all of Bombservices previous releases as DRM free. As things currently stand, I'll just assume the publishers and devs don't want my business at this point unless their newest releases eventually pop up on a drm free platform. I personally, will just pass this game by entirely and spend my money elsewhere where I am welcome lol.

Update: Saw earlier on pcgamingwiki that the game is DRM-free now on Steam. And indeed the current version v1.0f28 runs without Steam once installed. Tested on an offline machine. Only played for about 10 mins, but had no issues.

Thanks, Bombservice and PLAYISM! I appreciate that a lot!

Thanks for let us know about that. I did just tested the game, and it is drm-free, but you will need to use the "steam_appid.txt" trick to get it to launch without Steam.

I'll still continue to wait for a release on GOG, otherwise PLAYISM can forget my money.
