Can't run a game

I see only Suricates logo and game is closed.
There is no log in "C:\Users\TATA\AppData\Roaming\Jewel Match Twilight3 Edition Collector", there is no any info about this. Game just exit. Tried to run as admin - blank screen and I had problem to close it because entire screen is frozen and it's not clickable.

I have the same problem and it occur with every jewel match in the serie. Only downloaded from Zylom works. I don't know why. What is the difference?

In my situation this was issue with specific sound device. Game has started when I've set as default sound device another one.
When game was started I was able to switch back to my original sound card.
