C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Jewel Match Twilight3 Edition Collector\
If you delete the whole "Jewel Match Twilight3 Edition Collector" directory (warning to not delete anything else ;), the game will start from scratch.
Steam achievments are stored on Steam servers tough so they would not be affected.
Is there any way I can retrieve my save file please?
The game MUST not run while you copy files of course.
What's important is to keep the hierarchy of the directories.
Main directory : C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\Jewel Match Twilight3 Edition Collector
In this one, there shall be 4 mandatory files:
-config.bin
-highscores.dat
-Steam.bin
-userdat.tsp
wallpapers bitmaps are also stored there but they are non mandatory.
Then there are subdirectories:
-player0
-player0_lvl_1
.
..
...
player0_lvl_67 (by ex)
But the game use "player0" to gather the current progress, "player0_lvl_xxx" are only backups.
To summarize:
4 files shall be in the main directory, then /player0 and all its files. That shall be enough to restore your current progress.
If that does not work, you can copy all files from player0_lvl_67 into player0 but in that case you must also overwrite config.bin and userdat.tsp of the main directory with the ones that are in player0_lvl_67.
