Can't Buy Potato Seeds

The game only allowed me to purchase potato seed once and now I can't buy them at all. I cant figure out why.

Do you have the seed app on your phone yet? If you're just starting, follow the tutorial for a couple of days to unlock things.

If you have the seed app, seeds rotate, so it's not always the same item for sale each day that passes.

You can also 'plant' potatoes after you harvest them to expand your potato farm :D

So basically your saying that some of the actual crops can be replanted after you harvest them to grow more? Sorry just trying to fully understand lol.

In potatoes case, just like Gabe gave the PC the first day, once planted potatoes mature and the PC harvests them, you can immediately replant them. You don't need seeds to plant them.

Yep! Exactly.
You will pull more than one per harvest, and can chose to replant a potato in other areas where you have tilled the soil

if your potatoes where theft by racoons where do you buy them to progress and when?
as the grocery store is not supplying them in spring

Not sure but think the seed app rotates what seeds are available on a daily basis. At least that's what I've noticed. In the same season, some days some things are available and other days they are not.
