Water for cooking

cooked rice requires water as an ingredient but i can't seem how to get water as an item for cooking.

I know when we first start we are given a bucket. Did you try filling that bucket up at the water pump on your farm?

Water comes from using the bucket tool on the water hose.

your bucket can carry more than one unit of water FYI.
