Flowers by the caves
The flowers are so pretty and there are a lot of people who go on the path can the character be scolded or like a likability decrease or both?

If you are asking if you'll be scolded for walking on the flowers, no, not by anyone in game. You are safe to jump fences and take a shorter rout if you like (wait...is that just me? XD )
