Getting Sparky

So I have watched videos, talked to every NPC at counter and outside their shops, I have explored all the cave behind the shrine and I still haven't activated the cut scene where I meet the fox drone.

In several of the videos I have watched on many sites including youtube and game wiki sites the cut scene always activates as soon as you get to the blue railing bridge inside of the cave. I have passed that location and a cut scene has never activated.

Am I missing something?

Have you talk to the blacksmith?

Also you should check the journal on what you need to do next for the main quest. Following the main quest line will definitely unlock Sparky and you can’t skip it. Going to the place won’t trigger the scene.

Okay it was a bug that I experienced I wasn't that fat into the game so I made a new character and I got the quest from Phillip the wood worker. after I went and got Sparky I then switched character and still was unable to get the quest from Phillip.

The only thing that makes seance is that the old character was the one I cheated with the demo a while back. I just recently bought the game cause I liked the controls and the over all feel. So It took maybe an hour and some change to get back to the point I was before. I am sure it was a save issue transferred from demo to full game. Not going to bother sending in a ticket.
