Resist the Time Restraint!
As someone who loves their farming and cozy games, I've always found the added factor of a time constrict on the player feels tedious, like I constantly have to check to make sure that I get home in time. I've been religiously playing and the experience is much more pleasant when I accidentally bug the clock and it's stuck before the hour turn. There are many factors that are better ways to have the game's progression continue on such as the story's progression, the shops closing for the night, energy running out, etc.

Now, I'm not asking you to completely restructure this game. I absolutely love it the way it is. I just think that for the player specifically, the time should not affect them. Stores, buildings, and others are all able to be affected. Crops can only be watered once a day, animals only taken care of once a day, and such. But the player? I feel it is much more enjoyable when it hits midnight, I don't keel over where ever I am. Energy is finite already, and works as a perfect barometer to tell me, okay, time to sleep for the night.

I would like to make this post a type of petition, where players like me who think that this change would benefit this game can vote and try to get the dev's attention about it.

Remove the Time Restraint for the Player! Do you agree?

It does get bugged a lot and feels nice that you can slow down when it does heheh. But also you can teleport to your bed from the pause menu :) so it's not that bad when you know that.

If you could save anytime in the game then this would be an alright feature to have and the longer you stayed up without sleeping, the faster your stamina bar should fall.

Alas, sleeping before the new day begins is when the game saves the player's progress and even if the player chose not to sleep, the game crashes here and there and players would be up in arms for losing multiple days progress now, if that were the case.

Time restraint is the killer of fun in all these games.

If you're really turned off by the time passing like it does in-game, there's a mod over on Nexus Mods called Time Fast And Pause that allows you to pause the time passing altogether.

I like time systems in these sorts of games. It makes me figure out an order of priority. Plus, most farm sims start off where there is so much to do and by mid-game the days are dragging due to automation factors.

One minute per hour in game is what I set it as and it feels comfortable. You can custom configure it by changing some game files. Or, like Anutha said, there's the mod to freeze time (but I think it also freezes any action, so it's just for movement pretty much).

Time restraint. and inability to save without sleeping is annoying. As the game does occasionally crash. I mean the time restraint is easy enough to deal with, by modding the settings file.... But the inability to save limits the effectiveness of having longer days. Because if the game crashes, everything you done that day is lost.

The game encourages you to 'take it slow.' Whatever you didn't have time to do can wait until the next day. There's no real urgency to anything and a full hour for a day is very generous. The saving system sucks though.
