Bicycle Stand..?

I've just done the quest to go to the city and got the rebar for the bicycle stand.. but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how or where to look to place it. I've tried the drone, not there (the stove was though). I've looked in the crafting bench, not there. Am I missing something here?

Hi. The bicycle stand is outside the farm, near the tent area. Look to your left if you're facing the tent. That'll be your garage too, soon.

In that quest there is a mark light that will show you where to place it.
