Harvest Festival

I just attended my first Harvest Festival. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or if the festival is bugged or unfinished.

When you go to the table it says if you contribute a dish you will be able to try one of your neighbor's dishes. There are no dishes on the main table to click on and nothing goes into your inventory. I looked at the smaller tables to see if I could click on anything on them as there are some random plates on some of them, but I could not interact with anything.

So is there actually any dish that you get at the festival? Do you get a new recipe, perhaps? (I didn't notice anything pop up indicating that though.)

Same for me, so I suspect it's not fully implemented yet.

I suspect none of the festivals that involve doing something are fully implemented yet. The fishing tournament doesn't work either. I haven't gotten to winter yet so I don't know if there's a similar festival in that season.
