How can I watering my plants?

Go to the hose near your tool shed and press E. You should pick it up. Press left mouse to water, right mouse to aim und T to release the hose back to its place. If you run out of water, go to the water pump and press E until the tank is full again.
Alternatively:
Press Tap to open your Inventory. Then select the “Aluminum Bucked” and pull it into your tool-bar (The Ring of Icons on the left). Close the Inventory and press the button in the middle of your mouse, or wherever you put it in the controls. It should open tools; witch now contain the bucked.
Select the bucked so the player-character is holding it. Walk up to the hose, next to tool-sheed and press E. That should produce a separate item called “water” with you can use to water plats or refill pet-water bowls.
You get an irrigation-system later that just needs to be activated in the morning, but Iasume you aren’t that far in yet. You dont have to water threes and you dont have tp take care of it when it rains, obviously. I hope that helped.
