Acquiring More Farms

How do you unlock or acquire the other available farms?

I'm assuming it comes up at a later point in the game.
Was a bit of a spoiler though that the game puts your farm name on places you don't own yet.

You can go to the Farm you want. There will be a sign you can interact with. It will also tell you the price.

But only after finishing the first year. Sorry, I forgot to mention.

Thanks for this additional info, I didn't see a way to interact with the other farm and now I know why... still finishing out the first year.
