Where to find another single slot chipset for Sparky??

Just curious as I've unlocked another slot for sparky, but I don't know if I have to buy the chipset from somewhere or find them while mining?

As far as I know, the only place to get the chips is in the caves from the cache vaults or killing enemies. There's a skill tree ability you can unlock to have Sparky 'steal' them from combat as well.

Be warned - I tried the steal mechanism and after soaking an enemy damage I attempted to steal about 100 times and got nothing. I had a chip slot free, enemy was damaged to as near death as I could without killing them.

I don't think steal is working.

Adding to what Envie has said, I also think there's a black market vendor that sells chips in an alley in the burbs and he might be a source once you unlock a second set for sparks. I just thought of him as I'm answering this so I haven't verified.
