where can you catch red sea breams? Kyle keeps asking me for them for the fishing competition and I can't seem to find it anywhere. other fish he has asked for have been spotted scat (found near where the river meets the ocean near the fishing tackle shop). and a unicorn leatherjacket (which I also haven't been able to find).

red sea bream you can catch past the boats on the dock, you have to jump on to the rocks because the fishing is a little whacked still.
