[Peach Pie]

As soon as I boot the game up, it shows the normal splash screens, but right before it gets to the main menu, the screen goes black with only the games cursor showing on screen. I tried verifying files, freshly installing, disabling cloud saves and reinstalling, deleting the game from my LocalLow folder, deleting the game files from the steam cloud folder. Even reinstalled my operating system, and still unable to play. Whenever I tried launching the executable in the steamapps/common/ folder, it prompted me to install the demo for the game. I think there may be some issue with the game files not being able to differentiate between the demo files and actual game, as I was able to play the first case of the demo before it did the same thing. Sadly, I had to get this title refunded, but I will watch patches closely because I would love to continue the store.

Hi，sorry for the problem. may I ask how did you encounter the above mentioned problem? Have you had played the demo version before trying the full version?

Thank you for the response; Yes. After I finished the first investigation in the demo, I bought the full game. After starting the full game, the logo splash screen showed up, then the screen went all black. Then when trying to boot the demo back up, it went to the same black screen with only the games mouse cursor showing.
