Fully Voiced in English?

I am a visually impaired player and I was wondering if the game is fully voice acted in English? Thank you.

Nope, it's partly voice acted in Chinese, only the opening video has been dubbed in English. For now, at least. Wish I could lend you an eye, the game is very nice.

No, but the characters speak English when they are expected to (I'd say English for 20% of the game). But also 20% probably isn't good at all if you're visually impaired

The English voice lines are probably references to those times since Western culture came into China in those years.
