Cerberus Mission, I was stuck and needed help. *Spoilers*

SPOILERS, STOP READING. okay, I am on Binthu attacking the Cerberus facilities. The wiki page about it says that I should find Admiral Khouka(something or other) dead, somewhere. I HAVE NOT found him, dead or alive, I replayed from the autosave(landing) and nothing changed, I went back to each base and looked for him. NOTE: There were locked doors(no "open door" thing popped up, so I couldn't get in) there looks to be four main rooms in each base, the last two rooms, I cannot get to. If someone could tell me if I am doing something wrong or that the mission is just bugged, it would be quite the timesaver, would also be greatly thankful.

UPDATE I found him in the base with the creepers, I could have sworn that he wasn't there after I killed the creepers, so I ran around and collected things from the med stations, then Tali said that we had one more stop to go, we owed the Admiral that much, then I looked back and saw him laying on the ground.

He should be lying dead on the floor in the middle of a huge energy-cage thing in the largest room. There are some rachni enemies in the same cage, which you get to kill once you deactivate the force fields surrounding it.
