rachni mine crash

When I enter the rachni mine the game crashes with the game render error. I have meuitem installed as well. I have followed the instructions using laa and tweaking the ini file.
I am using windows 8
8 gb of ram
amd fx 4100 quad-core processor 3.60 ghz
nvidia geforce gtx 750 ti

You mean the maintenance tunnel? It's a crash caused by the meuitem mod, apparently an 8k texture mod was accidentally left in there which the game engine can't handle. The only workaround for this is to run that part in windowed mode until you're past the tunnel.

*Edit: you may also need to run it in windowed mode when getting on the tram after you finish the mission.

Well if by that you mean the noveria missions than I have already completed that. This is the rachni infested mine that gets unlocked after defended some soldiers from waves of rachni on the planet nepmos.
