Is it too late to not romance Ashley?
So after playing this game a while I started to realize that just simply being nice meant a lot more to Ashley and Liara. Liara at least asks me if I'm interested, but Ashley just starts making sex references and doesn't even give me the option of no now.
Anyway, long story short, I want to know if It is too late to not romance Ashley. I planned on going for Miranda in ME2, but don't want to cheat on her. If it is too late, I'll just go with Ashley.

It's shortly after I chose to save her over a certain other unmentionable character. The next conversation I can have with her (I saved beforehand, then reloaded) ends with Sheppard saying he's going to have to take cold showers and that she's a "wildcat" in more than just the battlefield... Eugh...
So, is it too late to not Romance her? And if I'm not yet tied in, Is there a way I can reject her, or do i just have to not talk to her the rest of the game?

No if you continue to be nice to both there will be a moment in the game where you're faced by both and they basically give you an ultimatum on who you want, just continue talking to Ashley inbetween major missions ie Feros, Noveria and Virmire and you still should be able to romance Ash

No no, I DON'T want to romance her. But I can't find anything that has specifics on when it's too late and you mine as well be engaged.

OH, sorry i misread your post,
i see you want to romance Mirander in ME2 so who ever you romance in ME you wouldn't be cheating on Mirander anyway since you don't meet her until the next game, so just romance her or wait untill you go to ILOS and you might be able to let her down when she comes to your cabin

Have you already let Liara down ?
You can ALWAYS back out of a relationship. At the end of the game, your romance partner will come to you and you can either cut off the romance or continue with it.

You can turn her down when she comes to you with her stupid poetry.

P.S. Kaidan and Ashley are annoying and a waste of time. That's why you get to kill one on Virmire. =]

Edit: You could also just not talk to her any more. If you ignore her completely nothing will happen (Unless you've already set yourself up for a visit),

Hmm well I accidentally already complimented her on her poetry even though I hadn't the slightest clue what she was hawking out at me. So, did I already set myself up for a 'visit'? Or can I just blow her off the rest of the game and save myself?

You can always blow off your LI. Doesn't mean you can get a new one, but you always can.
