Console command?

Is there a way to open console command in this game? No i don't plan to cheat because cheating takes the fun out of the game, I wanted to wear the Turrain suit because i think that armor looks cool and someone told me u can actually wear it using console command so was wondering if its possible? and if so can someone give me the command in advaced? sorry for asking

thanks but it doesn't really say how i as shepard can wear the terrarian armor :( that armor so cool me so sad

So, you can't actually wear Turian specfic armor, that is you wont look like a Turian or the armor may not look the same on you as it does on a Turian (Colors maybe slightly different).

However if you wish to wear any armor in the game I can help with that. Code is as follows:

"giveitem self/target (1-10) (Species)(L/M/H) (Armor Code)"

This looks very confusing without explanation. So let me explain it.

1. "giveitem" simply allows you to obtain the item
2."self/target" distinguishes who you want to give to item to. If you want to give your squad the armor use "target" and face them. If its for yourself simply use "self"
3. "(1-10) represents the level of armor you want
4."(Species)" represents whether you are giving it to an Alien like a Turian or a Human. When armor is unequipped you will only be allowed to re-equip it back to its specfic species
5. "(L/M/H)" stands for Light/Medium/Heavy, simply the wieght of the armor.
6. "(Armor Code)" This is a very specfic code and the major part. It represents the company that makes the armor and the model you are requesting. Simply it is what you type to get that spefic armor your looking for. Armor codes will be provided through a link at the bottom.

That is an explanation of exactly what your typing into the console, I hope this helps you understand the Mass Effect console system a bit more. It may still be confusing for you so here is an example:

"giveitem self 10 TurianM Manf_Kassa_Armor_Colossus"

Maintain this exact format when typing in the code or else it may not work.
