Screen tearing?
So, I've got a plenty powerful PC. 4770k, GTX770, and my native resolution is 1600x900@60Hz. So, yeah, I can run basically anything at highest quality. Especially a four-year-old game like this. However, I've been seeing a lot of screen tearing in this game for some reason. V-Sync is on, nVidia drivers are current, and every other game I've played runs fine without issue. So... does anyone have experience with this issue?

Also, the textures seem pretty low-res, even with hi-res on. Is that just the age of the game showing a bit, or is there something else not working properly?

the mod & the ini tweaks are awesome. I used them on my last playthrough. You definitely should check them out.
