I´m very interessted in the MASS EFFECT Games. I really would buy them.
But as long as i have to register on any fncking EA Server or the evil ORIGIN i refuse!
EA was ok in times of C&C Generals... but today i hate them! DURESS!
I don't know what's happened but I suggest you uninstall the game (and maybe Origin too if you don't want it) then re-install the game.
@zKoRpIoN - As I said Origin is NOT required.
However if you wish to activate any DLC (including the free stuff that comes with the game) then you need to have a BioWare/EA/Origin account to redeem any codes and buy any paid DLC.
Then a one-time login in-game is needed to authorise the DLC. After that no login to any account is needed.
Is the ´pure´ MASS EFFECT (2) at steam good enough or would you strongly advise the DLCs?
Or in other words: Are the DLCs worth it to create a account?
(It´s just that im tired of creating accounts and remember usernames/passwords
for almost every 2nd game i buy today)
As for paid DLC if you ever intend on buying any then yes I'd actually recommend all 4 of the main mission DLCs (Kasumi, Overlord, Shadow Broker and Arrival) and say they were worth it. Shadow Broker and Arrival being the two major story ones.
