Yup, Seth Green was the VA for joker. Aka: Chris from Family guy, or the guy who does robot chicken.

I cant watch him in anything any more. I just hear him and shepard saying their names to each other back and forth everytime he talks (Even if that WAS Wrex and Shepard.)

Watch They Live. He sounds nothing like Anderson there.

He is the Vice President in Saints Row IV. They even have a scene that is about They Live with a cameo appearance in the game.

When I first started the game (currently in my first playthrough) I thought Joker was going to be a major character based on how prominent he seemed at the beginning....still could be, I dont know, don't tell me either

Well, he is the pilot of the Normandy. And if you ever watched any Star Trek you'd know that Mr. Hikaru Sulu, who was the pilot of the Enterprise, was a major character with an important roll to play. Any ship's pilot is going to have a massive effect (pun intented) on the overall success of the missions said ship endeavors upon.

But I won't spoil anything. Lets just say you'll fall in love with Joker's dialogue. He has some of the best in the game.
