Is safe to run to run game on admin mode?
I buy this game 2 -3 days back and when i try run it,just saying i need admin rights. So i run game under admin rights. The problem is this is not safe...

I ask google i find other post and all say is not safe.

- If you execute the application with ‘run as administrator’ command, you are notifying the system that your application is safe and doing something that requires the administrator privileges, with your confirm. If you want to avoid this, just disable the UAC on Control Panel.

- It is not safe to do anything as administrator in Windows, any version. Or in Linux, for that matter. You need to internalize that: when you are operating as Administrator or equivalent, the gloves are off, and you can do dangerous things. Including giving malware running as your session the keys to your kingdom.

I’m not saying that games in particular are more dangerous than other software, or that running games as admin will make your system crash.

I am saying that when your are running as admin, you either need to understand and accept the risks you are taking, or you need to be willing to pay the consequences. In your case, it’ll be the latter apparently.

Is there chance to run this without admin privileges? If not gonna just refund this.

Many older games don't work properly without running as admin. There's nothing to be afraid of doing that. I have 10 ears of IT experience (and 20 of gaming) and can tell you that there is near 0 chance that you will have any problems because of it.

I play alot old games and i dont think any old game on steam or orgin ask me for admin rights yet, definitive new for me. I buy this game on Ea or ex orgin because people say on Orgin or Ea game have all dlcs and Steam version dont. Also have Mass Effect Legendary edition, never like it ,alot bugs... Yesterday when i play 1 h Mass Effect from 2007 i was amazed, this version is way better in my opinion, i prefer old type graphics more realistic in my opinion.

So im safe if i play this under admin rights? If i run this game on admin rights only affects this game or all computer?

Yes, it only affects this game and it's safe.

You can override it with a registry tweak: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Mass_Effect#Game_always_asks_for_admin_permissions_.28Windows_8.1_.2B.29
The game requires admin rights to start correctly for the first launch which wasn't accounted for by the developers. So instead Microsoft but a compatibility shim which sets Mass Effect to always start as admin.

The developers didn't account for why they needed to hackjob a workaround with admin permissions to begin with. Something that can also break other games.
And microsoft, on a similar line, also never seemed to question what they were even doing.
I beat the game twice never had to do anything other than launch it.
I have Win 10 too
