New game plus
When importing mass effect 1 new game plus character to mass effect 2 which game play will be imported the first one or the second one (new game plus)?

You must complete at least one playthrough the get the new game+ bonuses.
Doesn't matter if you import an ME1 character or start a new scenario in ME2.
You must complete the game (ME2) at least once.

I know how to get the new game plus mode unlocked but I dont know which gameplay will be imported (Does the new game plus mod overwrite my first gameplays dialog options like if I let Wrex die in Virmire in the first playthrough and save him at second playthrough (new game plus). So will Wrex live in ME2 or not if I import this new game plus).

If I remember correctly, you should be able to pick which save game you want. I think it just looks at the last autosave in the Citadel before your final battle. Since the NG+ creates a new save folder, it won't overwrite the saves from the first play through.

Just to be safe, it is usually best to import the save which is registered as 'has completed the game' rather than trying to import a new + character who has made alternate decisions during a new playthrough.

The game would save new decisions on the new save, after all.

The only exception is ME2, which allows you to continue after defeating the collectors and plays out as if you are just continuing on with character building or exploration after the major battle, whereas in ME3, if you beat the game, your save automatically backtracks to the 2nd last major battle unless you make a + character to start over, which was annoying but understandable given the ending.

Well since you can ONLY import completed save games it makes no difference whether it's a single run or a new game+ save. As C2H5SH said, the game will create a separate save when you start a new game+ and assuming you complete the ng+ then you will be able to choose from both when you come to impot a save into ME2.

No Mass Effect 2 reads only saves as imported character(It transfers all the saves in your Mass Effect careers like Save 2, Save 3, Save 4, and so on). When I open up Mass Effect and check my careers I am not seeing new career it instad saves in the old one but I dont know if it saves decicions as well. Thats why I asked you gamers and I thank you for replying!!!

A new game + save will be different from the original, it saves a new game rather than saving over the original. So in your case it would be, if the original of the save you want is save game 2, and you played a game between that and the NG+(that would be 3) then the NG+ save would be 4.
