Paragon path: Feros, Noveria or Liara T'soni first ?

So, last time i played this game was like a looong time ago, now that i got the full trilogy, i'm planning to make a full run of all 3 games in order as full Paragon (just like i was doing my last time).
Now that i'm done with the "prologue" on the Citadel, i'm now at the 3 first mission to do, and here is were i suddently stopped because one thing i remember about that last run i had before taking a break from this series was getting stuck on Feros were i had to convince a guy (i forgot the name sorry) and a basically couldn't because i had not enough Paragon charm to reason with him peacefully.

So before i end up in the same mistake, can someone suggest me the correct order of doing these 3 missions to have enough charm for when i arrive on Feros ?

I ended up starting from Noveria, but i guess the effect is the same. Never had a blocked blue option during the whole mission there (apparently, there is a lower charm requirement there), my paragon level is now very high thanks to all the positive actions made there... yeah, i guess i'm on the right road now.
I suppose i will leave Feros as last at this point.

Although there is no set order on which way you do it, in the order that makes the most sense, you do Knossos first to rescue Liara and flesh out the story line the most and then Noveria afterwards (before or after Feros doesn't make any difference) due to the way the storyline elements are in order to get the most out of it.

Better do Feros last then, Noveria's paragon check is less strict. Also don't forget to do a plenty of side quests on the way to it.

I pretty much filled my Paragon bar thanks to both Noveira quest and all the side quests i got from there (and some got from the Citadel). When i got back to Feros i was already a charming celebrity lol
