How do I fix the menu size issue?

No matter what settings I set my game to, everything in the game fits on my screen except for the in-game menus. They are too large with the sides of the screen being cut off to the point that most things are unreadable. How do I fix this? It's incredibly irritation and have no clue how to fix it.

What resolution did you use? This game is designed for 16:9 resolutions (maximum is 1920x1080p, higher can have issues) and will be cut off if set to 4:3 or 5:4.

I set it at 1920x1080p. I tried setting it at every available resolution and none worked. Just varying degrees of cut off.

I've looked more into it. It appears that every screen in the game fits perfectly EXCEPT for the settings screen. I have no clue why this is. The hud fits, the cutscenes fit, the codex fits, the dialogue wheel fits. The only thing that doesn't fit is the settings screen for some strange reason.

Did you install some mod?

ME1 Recalibrated was the only major mod I have installed. I also had the ultrawide mod installed but I deleted it to try and fix the issue. I'd assume if that mod was the cause, then everything would be messed up but it's only menus like Settings and Save.

Can you post a screenshot of how it looks?
Maybe there are leftovers from ultrawide mod. You can try to uninstall Mass Effect, wipe the game folder, install it again, and then install mods one by one.

I found there are some UI/HUD settings in BIOGame.ini... but I doubt they are anywhere near the ME3's interface scaling mod.

No but I did work around it. My best advice is try to adjust your settings in this menu to the best of your ability and then try and refrain from using those menus.
You can still save and load without the full menu, and if your issue is like mine, all in-game menus should be fine.
