On the ergc key, there should be a string (to the right) with a CD key in it. You can try to claim this with Origin, it might work. If it's not present, read the note in regards to the EA Nation thing above.
Probably not, although you can download from the second link https://app.box.com/s/4wl9vy6cz9kpvj749ruczyh418fatrfr and just copy the stuff inside nfsucpatch folder into the game's root directory. Probably it being a "rare" installer and heuristics catching it for some reason.
