Mirror's Edge tabbing itself out of the game?
When i'm running around even on the first mission, when ever i click rather my mouse 1 or mouse 2 buttons it alt tabs me out of the game... this is super annoying and results in my dying every time... has anybody found a fix for this or can you suggest one? it seems to be doing stuff on my desktop but clearing the desktop would not help as when i right click it will open the little right click menu you get on your desktop on windows 7, i have windows 7 64bit ... clearing the desktop would not help as it does every action i would be doing on my desktop when i click those buttons... my mouse seems to be fully in the game.. game is running fine, smooth and my mouse is fine in this but it still moves around and controls my desktop when i press those buttons... this is super annoying and a massive bug in the system. If anyone has a fix for this i would appreciate it.

Any luck with this? I'm having the same (or a very similar) issue. To add a bit more detail, I have multiple monitors. The game starts out fine for me, but if I ever alt-tab out of the game to do something else on the desktop and then go back into the game, then the game does not constrain my mouse cursor on the right side (the side with the other monitor). Even though the mouse pointer leave the window, it still affects the game (moving the pointer turns, etc.), but clicking while it's outside of the window will make it game lose focus.

No man, no luck with this unfortunately. I think i have near enough the exact same problem as i also have 2 monitors. Just an uncontrolable glitch i guess? :/

damn, i'm getting the same thing, if I am pressing any other button when I press the mouse button, bam, back to desktop. Unplayable....really a shame, the game looks great
I have the same exact problem. 2 monitors also! Anyone found a solution to this? This is the only thread I found talking about this problem. I've been googling for 30 minutes now!

Why you waste your time anserwing like this? How can you possible know about it, how can you know if I don't have other steam account, or talking about my own experience with for example my brother's pc with his account? and besides that, what kind of contribution you think you are doing with your comment? what a j#rk

I've been having the same problem and since this is the only thread I've found about it I will reply here.

This does indeed happen quite often with mouse clicks. I thought I messed something up with bindings and was pressing Alt+Tab accidentally, but no, it just does it by itself. Also running two monitors so probably that's the reason for it.

It seems to happen only with mouse clicks though so the easiest way to get around this is to bind your mouse clicks to some other keys and then change your bindings in game. Game also supports simultaneous input so you can also bind your left click to RT and right click to Y. It stopped happening once I did this.
