i cant roll i do what the game says (left shift while falling down to perform a skill roll) but i try to to do this and it doesnt work

Well, I got confused at first, but then I started holding shift when I get close to the ground, and it worked for me.

you should press shift when you are really close to ground ;)

Had the same issue, you need to be REALLY close to the ground, takes practice.

Did you update Java? That might be the problem, also what version of windows do you have?

Try holding back on the stick to slow your forward momentum. I can do it consistently now, but that was the thing that got me through the tutorial.
