The last time I heard anything Origin related was something like "whats this crap and how do I remove it!?"
Not true at all. Many of them can. I have personally activated Dead Space, Dead Space 2, Dragon Age: Origins and Alice: Madness Returns. That's only a few of the many that can be activated on Origin. Looks like Mirror's Edge can't though, it has no CD key.
Not true for some games. I've bought a few EA games on Steam and they've appeared in my Origin account. Mirror's Edge doesn't though.
Agreed. I have maybe a dozen or so games on Origin (a few of them I bought on Steam), never had any issues with it either. I wouldn't use it as a marketplace, they just aren't competitive enough with their pricing, but the client itself is fine.
